The Software was developed for Microsoft Web Cam, applied to Zune Client and was installed in Windows XP/Vista x32/x64. The version of the Software was 3.0.

Copy the files onto a removable storage device hard drive, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, and copy the files onto the computer that doesn t have Internet access. Then, install the software.

There are two ways to uninstall and reinstall the Zune software: automatically and manually.
To remove and reinstall the Zune software automatically, click the Diagnose and fix this problem link, below. Then, click Run in the File Download dialog box and follow the steps in the wizard.
This wizard may be in English only. However, the automatic fix also works for other language versions of Windows.
If you re currently not using the computer that has the problem, you can save the automatic fix to a flash drive or a CD. Then, you run it on the computer with the problem.
